Most of the items we offer are made to order with your selection of leather, thread, and other options. Lead time is up to 2 weeks (excluding shipping).

From time to time, we stock the Ready-to-Ship collection, which ships the next business day.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Cairo, Egypt. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or returned items.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

The customer is responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Once your order arrives and clears customs, the courier will contact you with the applicable charges and payment details.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once items are transferred to the courier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. However, every item we make carries our lifetime guarantee—if it ever fails under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
